When talking about a travel plan or diary, Japanese often organizes the story by days: いちにちめ, ふつかめ, みっかめ, よっかめ.

The first four readings are a bit irregular, so it is best to memorize them as fixed chunks. After the day label, you often add は and then say what happens that day.

Trong lịch trình, bạn sẽ rất hay thấy các cụm như いちにちめ は…, ふつかめ は… ở đầu dòng hoặc đầu đoạn. In itineraries, you will often see expressions like いちにちめ は… and ふつかめ は… at the start of a line or paragraph.
