N から N まで / ~ぐらい かかります
から chỉ điểm bắt đầu và まで chỉ điểm kết thúc: ホテル から うえの まで. Đây là mẫu rất hay dùng khi nói đường đi hay quãng đường di chuyển.
から marks the starting point and まで marks the end point: ホテル から うえの まで. This is very common when talking about routes and travel.
Khi nói thời gian cần thiết, thêm ~ぐらい かかります sau số phút hoặc số giờ: にじゅっぷん ぐらい かかります. Cách nói này có nghĩa là “mất khoảng…”.
To talk about required time, add ~ぐらい かかります after a duration such as minutes or hours: にじゅっぷん ぐらい かかります. It means “it takes about…”.
Khi hỏi, bạn có thể dùng なんぷん ぐらい かかります か. Với người Việt, điểm quan trọng là ぐらい đứng sau số lượng, không đứng ở đầu câu như “khoảng” trong tiếng Việt.
To ask, you can use なんぷん ぐらい かかります か. A useful point for Vietnamese learners is that ぐらい comes after the number, not before the phrase like “khoảng” in Vietnamese.

Trong hội thoại hằng ngày, người Nhật rất hay rút gọn thành ごふん ぐらい です khi ngữ cảnh đã rõ. Tuy nhiên, để nắm chắc mẫu mới, hãy luyện đầy đủ với かかります trước. In everyday conversation, Japanese speakers often shorten this to ごふん ぐらい です when the context is clear. Still, it is better to master the full かかります pattern first.
